What this site does
This site is a static page that summarises public bug reports for apps such as Photoshop. It has no user accounts, no forms and no comments, and it doesn’t ask you for any personal data.
Hosting (Cloudflare)
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver the page and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Visitor statistics (Umami, no cookies)
To see how many people use this page, we use Umami Cloud (umami.is), with the data hosted in the European Union. Umami sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is no cookie banner and nothing for you to agree to. It records the page you viewed, the referring site, and coarse information derived from your request such as country, device type and browser.
Your IP address is used only to work these out and is never stored. To recognise a repeat view within a day, Umami computes a hash from your IP address and browser details together with a secret that changes daily; the hash cannot be traced back to you and becomes meaningless the next day. The statistics we see are aggregated — we cannot identify individual visitors.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, the consent requirement of Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, implementing Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive) does not apply. Data retention: six months.
Stored in your browser
If you switch to the light theme, that is saved in your browser’s local storage (siu-theme) so the page doesn’t flip back on your next visit. It is never sent to us. Nothing else is stored on your device.
Links to Adobe Community
Each issue links to its report on community.adobe.com. When you follow such a link, Adobe’s privacy policy applies there.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority — for us that is the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the authority in your own country of residence.
